Overview:
The firm advises grantors, operators, sponsors and financiers on transaction documentation and regulatory issues for PPP, infrastructure projects, including the following projects:
- Advising Federal Ministry of Transport (Aviation) in Transaction Advisory Services for PPP Development of an Aerotropolis (Airport City);
- Advising Federal Ministry of Transport (Aviation) in Transaction Advisory Services for PPP Development of Cargo/Agro-Allied Terminals;
- Advising Marina Express Train Services as the Preferred Bidder/Developer in the USD 2.4 Billion DFBOT Concession with the Lagos State Government for the Lagos Metro Rail Transit (Red Line);
- Representing World Bank (PPIAF)/Federal Capital Territory Water Board in Kuje Water Supply PPP Project (OBC);
- Advising Federal Ministry of Technology/PPP Unit of the Federal Ministry of Finance/Nigeria Postal Services (NIPOST) in Transaction Advisory Services for NIPOST Financial Inclusion PPP Project;
- Advising the Project Sponsor in the NGN57.81 Billion B.O.T Concession with the Niger State Government in the Minna/Suleja Water Supply Services;
- Advising the Project Sponsor in the NGN9.87 Billion B.O.T. Concession with the Delta State Government in the Warri/Effurum Improvement of Water Supply Services;
- Advising the Project Sponsor in the USD568 Million Co-Location and rebuilding of 100,000 barrels-per-day refinery, in Joint Venture with the Nigeria National Petroleum Corpn;
- Advising the Project Sponsor in the USD 2.8 Billion Phase I Marina Quayside Development project which is a PPP Concession with the Federal Government and Lagos State Government as stakeholder grantors;
- Advising the Project Sponsors of the USD 3.1 Billion Crescent Island Development + Toll Bridge B.O.T. Concession with the Lagos State Government.
- Advising the Project Sponsors on the Co-Located Solar Electricity and Water at Health Facilities Systems B.O.T. Concession with the Federal Capital Territory Administration
